Our Services

Whether you’re celebrating a wedding with several hundred guests, throwing a birthday party with a few dozen people, organizing a corporate event with thousands of attendees, or simply having a luncheon with a handful of close friends, we offer full event coordination or drop-off catering and everything in-between. We’ll work with you to manage your guest list, book a venue, create the right atmosphere, and create a menu to tell your story with food. Satisfying the needs of our clients is of the utmost importance. Our chefs and front of the house staff will work diligently to ensure all of your needs are met with the highest level of precision and professionalism.

We are your one stop shop wedding service provider that will help you tell your story as a couple and make your wedding special, memorable, and one your guests will be talking about for years to come. We are also more than capable of handling all decorations and coordinating a venue for your special day. Let's start with a conversation to get to know you better so we can put together a personalized menu that is custom tailored to each couple and accounts for any dietary requirements or restrictions. We will also design a cake that will impress your guests and reflect the decor. We require a 25% deposit to reserve your date on our calendar. Then, we can schedule a tasting and make any adjustments to the menu to ensure you and your guests' satisfaction. The remainder of payment is due 14 days prior to the event so that come the day of your wedding everything is settled and you don't have anything to worry about but enjoying your special day. On the day of the wedding, we handle everything. Food preparation is done the day of the event on-site or at our kitchen by our skilled chefs based on the level of service agreed upon and the menu, and our front of house staff handle all serving with impeccable professionalism so you don't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. We work hard to make sure that the only thing you have to do on your special day is enjoy the celebration.

We handle all aspects of event planning, from initial consultations to final execution, ensuring every detail is taken care of. We will put together snacks, appetizers, full meals, drinks, and even craft cocktails customized to reflect the event and your company. We will also incorporate branding elements into the event, such as custom signage, and themed decor. Our staff can handle all set up and tear down of tables, seating, awnings, tents, and decorations for the event as well. We are your one stop shop to elevate your event and impress your clients and make your employees proud of their workplace. Just having a few friends over? Celebrating a birthday? We will handle everything from decorations, to table settings, and of course a personalized menu that will wow your guests and make your party one to remember. We create tailored menus based on your party's theme, dietary preferences, and budget. Professional chefs and serving staff are provided to prepare and serve food on-site. We can set up interactive food stations, such as carving stations, dessert bars, or gourmet popcorn stations, or simply prepare the food in advance for you and your guests to serve yourselves at your leisure. We manage the decor, setup, and cleanup, transforming the venue according to your event's theme. We also offer a variety of beverage options, including custom cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. Out trained front of house staff, bartenders, and event coordinators work diligently to ensure smooth operations. We work with preferred vendors in the area that we have long standing relationships with, such as florists, entertainers, and rental companies, to coordinate all aspects of your event. Our minimum fee for full-service catering is $2,000. We're happy to work with you on relatively short notice, but keep in mind that the more services and coordination required, the more time will be needed to ensure all of your needs are met to your complete satisfaction.

Drop-off service is ideal for casual or smaller events where you want delicious food without the hassle of cooking or the expense of full-service catering. You can choose from a variety of menu options tailored to your event's theme, dietary preferences, and budget. Our catering team prepares the food in our kitchen and packages it for easy transport. The food is then delivered to your event location at a specified time, ensuring it arrives fresh and ready to serve. We provide all necessary equipment, such as chafing dishes, serving utensils, and beverage dispensers, if needed. Our drop-off catering doesn't include on-site staff for serving or cleanup, but if you prefer a full-service catering experience, or somewhere in-between, we will be more than happy to work with you to provide whatever level of service you require. There is a $500 minimum for drop of catering and a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Wild Tastes Catering is a female, minority owned business, that prides itself on celebrating a traditional and family oriented experience tailored to its clients. We are a full-service catering and event coordination organization with the staff and skills necessary to satisfy any of your event’s needs. Our team can and will handle everything from the cooking, serving, bartending, and busing, to setting up, decorating, and tear-down. All you have to do is enjoy your special occasion. Wild Tastes Catering has been in operation since 2009 and has been featured on ABC, NBC, and the Food Network, and Chef Cecilia was named Rising Star Chef by Gentry Magazine. Our staff exudes professionalism and works hard to makes sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Wild Tastes Catering prides itself on being a Certified Green business through the county of Santa Clara and lives up to the highest standards of food quality and being environmentally friendly. We source the highest quality seasonal local ingredients.

Send us your information and some details about your event and we will reach out to you. We will work with you to put together a one-of-a-kind menu that tells your story and takes into account any dietary restrictions. We can coordinate any and all other aspects of your event as well, including securing a venue, decorations, and entertainment.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your date on our calendar, and for larger events, final guest list and payment are due 14 days before the event, so come the day of the event, there is nothing left for you to do.
